    Hi all. I am re-doing the c25k program. I completed it before I had my daughter in September, and I want to get back into shape and drop these last 20 pounds. I am currently on Week 3 Day 1. I am keeping track of my progress here: Married To It I am 34, and I either run with my GSD/pit bull mix or my daughter in a jogging stroller. Monica

      Hi Monica! Our stories are similar, I completed C25K last August and then fell off the wagon in November, so I'm repeating as well, and just completed W3D1 last night. Good luck with your progress!

        It's nice to have some people who have already been through the C25K here. It sounds like you don't need it but I'll say 'Good Luck' anyway.
