Congrats, Richard! I looked at the times of the rest of the field and there were lots of people in the low 20:00's so I'd still be quite proud. It looks like over half the field were actually running and not walking.

That's good to hear. I didn't know what was going on in back of me, ya know. It's nice to be up there since it happens so seldom. Next week I'll be lucky to finish 5th in my age group in the Racefest 10k. I'd be elated with 3rd place.
