    Yes Perry, you have to really watch that uneven terrain with a healing ankle. I still feel the ruts and ridges but it's better.


    12.8 miles today... 1.2 less than goal but I'm ok with it. Ran some major hillage today so those sapped some miles out of my legs, I'm sure. This run gives me exactly 40 for the week; the highest weekly total in quite some time (pre RVM).

    How's this for some elevation changes...

      That's a LOT of elevation.

      It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

        Is that the equinox route, Erika?
