      Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I decided not to race this morning as my hamstring is still a little sore and it's a wee bit cool out. Did a real easy 5.5 on the treadmill while I was doing some laundry instead. Hope everyone has a great day and someone PLEASE have some pie for me! Big grin

        Happy Thanksgivig to you too! I didn't race - just the house full of people/on kitchen duty typical reasons..but was able to eek out 4 early after slow digestive miles Wink
