      What the hell, I'll give this a try. I'll probably alternate doing this with doing the push up challenge, I'll do the initial test tomorrow.

          Week 2 done, barely got to 30 at the end. Will do the max test tomorrow, maybe between a soccer game and a wedding. I'm helping to coach the soccer game, but just a spectator at the wedding. Will hopefully have some core strength left for dancing.

            How's everyone doing on this one? I've not been following the program rigorously, but I made it to 150 this morning!

            2014 goals:

            1. Run a minimum of 1.5 miles every single day of the year

            2. Run 1500 miles in 2014

            3. Get my weekly mileage above 40

            4. Brown belt in Shaolin Kempo

            5. First Half (Oregon Wine Country HM?)

            6. PRs: Sub-21 5k, Sub-45 10k, Sub-45 Spartan Sprint, Sub 1:55 HM (Oregon Wine Country HM)

              Hit 200 this morning without pause/rest, but only the first 100 or so were "good form", so I'm not counting it as being done. Smile
