Cry havoc and let slip the dawgs of war!

May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your SPF30, may the rains fall soft upon your sweat-wicking hat, and until you hit the finish line may The Flying Spaghetti Monster hold you in the hollow of His Noodly Appendage.

More importantly, will there be any beer at this shindig?

still banged up...concentrating on p90x right now, so just running minimal miles to try to stay in some sort of running shape..it's not really working..hoping to up the miles a bit when the weather gets nicer and the roads aren't shit..by then my cycle of p90x will almost be over anyways

Well tomorrow marks four weeks since the groundhog said four more weeks of winter, so the end is very near.

Phil better be right, or he gots some splaining to do.
