Hey guys and gals, As you may or may not know. November is also known around the world as “Movemeber”, where men grow moustaches to show support and create awareness for Prostate Cancer.
 
This is the second year for myself and many of the guys here at my workplace, and as you can see from the photo below, I am already off to a flying start. The 2^nd photo is from halfway through last November, taken at a Cross Country Race in Guelph. People seemed to fear me and I doubt it was because of my running abilities.
