I'm good thanks! A bit out of shape, flintstone-type feet. But good.

Hope everyone else is as well.

      Merry christmas!

First or last...it's the same finish line

      HF #4362

I have a metatarsal stress fracture.  Cry  I am in an air cast (looks like a ski boot) Cry  It hurts. Cry  I want to run. Sad

But other than that, I'm fine!!!  Big grin

Seriously though, I'll get over it.  That's just my inner child.Smile

I'm allowed on the bike in the fitness room in the condo so I've been trying to keep up some strength/cardio.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and here's to new PB's in the new year!

        MTA: spelling

Suffering Benefiting from mature onset exercise addiction and low aerobic endorphin release threshold. Hoping there is no cure.

Sorry to hear of the problem, Ruth, but you may come back stronger after a break, this seems to happen quite often.

I have not been doing the mileage I should recently, though I have done some cross trainig without bothering to log it.

I feel that whatever modest speed I had is still there, but the endurance needs work, that`s the tough part of the programme.

Merry Christmas and Hppy Holidays to everyone.
