I am - and It's two weeks before my half so I'm going to run from home to the start then run the race at 1/2 pace.
At least that's the plan

These things cost money, so I tend to skip them.
I do the Terry Fox day run the same way. I run 5 1/2 k to the start, run the 10k route, then run home. 21ish k.
