Anyone doing any other races before Grandma's?

I have a 10 mile race in April and was supposed to run a 5 mile shamrock this Saturday, but now I won't be able to. still will do the 10 mile race though and probably turn that into a long run for the day. run the 10 miles, then however many more I need depending on what I want to do for a long run that weekend.

There are some other local races between now and G'ma's also that I may or may not do. If I do, it'll just be a part of my long run for the day. Nice way to implement a few tempo miles in a long run - and make the long run more enjoyable.

Keys 50 just got a bit more likely.  Looks like the meeting taking me to FL is on.

50 miles along the Keys highway.  Sun, heat, humidity and occasional squaws.  Oh yeah!
