Sunday = Fail
Tonight I will do eliptical / stair climber
It is yet to be seen if Trent will have a last second volunteer or a semi gimpy runner (Easy pick'ns for the Monkeys)

Doc didn't think it was a SFX - X-ray showed nothing - I see a Sports Doc on TH - Tried to do a short run tonight in celebration = fail. I did do 2 hours of cross training today.
