    Can I get to 40 before monkey? No taper, monkey would be an up tempo long run (HA!) at best. Monkey may be my 40 mile week... MTA: I have not explicitly been cleared to run...

      Do 14 miles on Nov. 16, cross train the rest of the week, and then run the monkey. There's your 40 mile week. Big grin I see you're doing some cardio crosstraining, so good job on that.
      Come across any cool medals lately?
        Strings - has your PT said anything about an SI belt? I don't know too much about them, but I did find this site link Just wondering if something like that might help you get through your recovery phase... Stationary biking is boring, good job on getting some workouts in!
