came by today to log my workout, found i'd made my mark in the wee hours of the morning. could have deleted it, but you know, it is what it is. clearly, i was happy.... what harm could come from happiness? a bit of humiliation, sure, sure... but the "omg" embarrassment has worn off now. it is what it is.
