    My workout today.... 4 miles at lunch with a really steep halfmile hill to climb, HR low 140... 2 miles after I got home on the mill at 15% grade, 16 MPM...about 135 BPM. Great training for Ultrarunning and my 50 mile coming up in 3 weeks. http://www.lakecity50.com/
