I'm still absorbing information and adjusting my mindset to low heart rate training so I was interested in these podcast interviews with Phil Maffetone:

    RunnersConnect

    http://runnersconnect.net/running-interviews/why-being-fit-doesnt-necessarily-mean-youre-healthy-how-running-below-your-aerobic-threshold-can-help-you-burn-more-fat-stay-healthy-and-run-faster/

TrailRunnerNation (great podcasts overall even though I'm more of a wannabe trail runner : )

I"ve listened to the RunnersConnect interview and one point reinforced jimmyb's advice about running with friends once a week at higher heart rates detracting from my progress with lhr training. Shoot - I guess I'll have to meet up with them for coffee afterward to get my social side of running in.

2014 - heal the sinuses and move to Germany!

    2015 - Paris Marathon 12 April

    Wandering Wally

I'll have to check out the Runners Connect podcast.  The Trail Runner Nation interview is very good.  I'll be re-listening a couple of times.  Thank you for posting these!
