3rd 5 mile test
I'll run half marathon race in April, still two moths to prepare. I plan to run 300km in Feb, and 330km in Mar. The speed training will be at the begining of April. Hopefully I can set up my PB within 1h35m.
4th 5 mile test Date
March 1 test does not look good, seems no progress after 4 months training. I thought it's caused by wrong GPS record, that happened sometimes.
5th 5 mile test
Compared with 5 months ago, it looks like I made some progress, but it seems not much. However I do feel my left knee is getting much more better. That's the most important thing. Run with health for a long time.
