    Hey, just found you guys after RWOL stated sucking. Anyways figure I'll join in the discussion here. I did a form of low HR training last marathon season when I used a coach. Im now making my own plan, and an reading Maffetone and Pfitzinger. Have been running slow since Chicago, but haven't been really keeping track of anything. Tomorrow will be my first Maff test as the first 3 miles of my run. Will let you all know how it goes. Like I said the coach I used was a big believer in low HR training, but he also had me doing a lot of intervals and step up runs, so I really don't know where I'll be at. I ran Chicago in 3:35, so it'll be interesting to see where I go from there.
