I'm sorry for the late notice but this came to a head just now.    I'm not sure who I should let know, but i'm making a post here and i'll make a post in the main thread too.

I am spending too much time at work and running and not enough time at home apparently.   I know it doesn't seem like much from my logs.  Obviously I can't quit work so I guess I need to quit running if I am going to save my marriage.

I don't know what else to say right now
