    What type of nutrician plan do you use? You are extremely cut and lean. Big grin I run 35 - 45 miles per week and am still carrying around a few extra lbs in the stomach area. Shocked I'm trying hard but must be missing something in my training or nutricain regiment.
      lots and lots of food. I just finished a bowl of icecream Shocked Actually I eat alot of fresh fruit, veggies and LOTS of protein! I try to make sure that I have protein with my carbs (except first meal of the day which is my fuel for my run).
