Great race and great report, Nathan. I've really enjoyed watching your progress since you've been on the site--I think you have a lot, lot more potential than you give yourself credit for. You raced extremely well for your first marathon--slight negative split and nothing left at the end.
Enjoy your rest week--you earned it.
Thought I would update this with my results. Ended up with an official time of 3:48:09. Had a tiny 59 second negative split. Here's my race report. It's a novel. http://www.runningahead.com/forums/post/647ef8c8d2df40f2bdae1c741b00009e#focus

"When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem." Emil Zatopek
