Will you be running your first marathon this fall? I will. Or, do you have an important race coming up? Have a gander at the latest issue of
Runner's World
(Oct). On pg. 90, there is an article titled: "RW Action Plan: Run a Perfect Race. The alarm clock rings... Now what? Here's how to navigate any course correctly." You will find helpful hints about chip times, water stops and other race-day logistics. Great for the novice and a timely reminder for seasoned veterans. Maybe others can post their tips 'n tricks here as well?

Make that list and follow it! I have put 'old throwaway sweatshirt' on my list a few times and have forgot to actually bring one each time! There's a sticky list at the top of this forum that is always helpful
