    I am a long time runner & am just starting training for a marathon & was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my right foot. The doc said I can walk, bike & swim. I have no idea how to mimic my running plans with these to continue building cardio, strength & endurance. HELP!!!

      Though I've never done it myself, I've heard pool running can help.  Did the doctor say anything about using a rowing machine?
