Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks Holly!!!

Thanks Holly! I don't have a plan, yet, but I'll try to hit 40 this week.

Thank you Holly.
I did build back to 30 miles this week, up from 20 last week. Still have some intermittent discomfort and tightness. But I am taking it slow and easy, walking or stopping as necessary. Maybe next week
Philippians 4:13.
Thanks, Holly!

Grow a moustache ... 3 Jog w/ a few strides
Moustache Run "Half"-ish. Not my best work, and revised course was short, but a good workout.
Lots of short walk breaks.
Walt Disney World Marathon, January 10th.
How did the moustache growing go, Sub?
Ha! About as well as the Moustache Run. I fizzled in the second half and slowed quite a bit. My time was decent (1:27:20-ish), but GPS only showed 12.8 miles. Good fun, though.

Even splitting the Philadelphia marathon
last Sunday turned out to be magic.
By Wednesday I was itching to go and
on Thursday I ran a 2 x Turkey Trot.
Normally I cannot even walk without
pain four days after a marathon
