      My schedule gets hectic over the weekend. I just want to plan a LR, a GMP run, an EZ TM incline run and a hanson strength workout. Where they fall is just a guess.

       

      M - 10 m. TM. 5 m at 8:20 pace, then 5 m at 7:54 pace.

      T - 1 m. Really tired today. Decided to chuck it and rest.

      W - 11 m. TM. 7:49 overall pace. (GMP run)

      F - 18 m. TM.

      Sun - 10 m.

              Thanks, Holly! I finally got outside this weekend, 55 degrees today and 59 yesterday. Fresh air is so sweet

                  Well I finally got back to 40 miles last week for the first time since I hurt my foot in August. If my foot cooperates i will be able to stay here fairly regularly now.

                  This was thanks to the strange 10k I ran on Saturday. It was actually a quarter marathon but they called it a 10k. There was a half that did the loop twice and I was supposed to do the loop once, but the route wasn't well marked and many of us got lost.  I knew that something was wrong when the leaders of the half marathon were coming back on the route, that wasn't supposed to happen on a loop course and then I checked my gps and saw I had already run over 7 miles.  After stopping at couple gas stations to ask for directions I eventually was able to get to the finish after going 11 miles.  It was neat at the finish at an intersection, when I was getting there, there were runners from three different directions all approaching the finish
