        Thanks, Leslie. Nice quote. Reminds me of Wildchild's post earlier about stopping and listening to the silence. I've done that before and it's awesome.


        This week is a cutback week after building steadily since Jan. 15. Thank goodness!


        Monday: 45 minutes pool running

        Tuesday: 4.3 miles easy pace, .6 mile walk

        Wednesday: 11 min. (1.19 mile) elliptical, 30 minutes weights at noon; 9.1 miles with half mile repeats, .66 mile walk

        Thursday: 4.1 miles easy run, .5 mile walk. (Last treadmill run for this week. Yay!)

        Friday: 32 min (3.88 miles) elliptical, 10 min abs/shoulders at noon; 40 min pool running after work

        Saturday: 10 miles, 8:19 avg pace (outside!!), .4 mile walk c/d

        Sunday: 13.5 miles, 8:37 avg pace; .5 mile walk


        Totals: 41 miles run, 1 hr 25 min. pool running, 40 minutes weights, 5.1 miles elliptical, 2.7 miles walking

          This schedule will surely change throughout the week.....but it's what I've got for now.

          Trails are hard!

            Hope you have a good back week, Leslie--there is that little 50K coming up that we all want you to nail.

             

            Monday:  1 hr yoga.  done.


            Tuesday:  4.5 miles.  did about 3 on the eliptical.  I've got to get better at getting to the gym a LITTLE earlier.

             

            Wednesday:  2 miles or x-training.  1 mile in the snow.

             

            Thursday:  4 miles and strength.  .5 miles on the TM and 25 min. elliptical

             

            Friday:  rest.   

             

            Saturday:  50 minute x-training.  1 hour weights at pump class

             

            Sunday:  6 miles.  1/2 mile on the TM and 45 minutes elliptical.

             

            Welcome back Leslie--looking forward to more details.

            Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.
