              Time for me to play again!  I've been running 34-36 mpw consistently but increased workload right now:

               

              M - Fartlek 7.18 miles & Hip/Glute Routine

              T - Recovery Run 6 miles

              W - Combo of some harder efforts incl. sprints up a very steep hill 7.18 miles (weird how I keep getting that amount)

              Th - Recovery Run 4 miles & Hip/Glute Routine

              F -  Longest swim ever!  1000m

              Sa- 11 mile group run

              Su - 4 mi trail run with my dog

                Thu 11mi (1:23) treadmill, +1mi cool down

                Sat 17mi (2:31) easy trails, +2mi cool down hike

                Sun 12.1 (1:46) outdoor track

                 

                Total: 63.1 miles

                 

                we got 12 inches on Wednesday, and YMCA was closed,

                so I had to do another one of those crazy snow storm runs
