      Rocket City Marathon, December 8.

        The plan is for 43.5 but we shall see.  With holiday travel, you never know, right?  So far I'm on track with about 11 & also on track to reach my annual goal of 1800.  I thought 1800 in '18 had a nice ring to it.

         

        update: only 21.3 miles because when I was doing a MP workout at my sister-in-law's in Ft. Smith, AR on Friday, I got injured.  My left hip started feeling uncomfortable, then painful, so naturally I stopped running hard.  Running easy didn't help so I stopped that quickly & walked back.  It's getting better this week.
