92 miles total. Yet another weekly distance PR.
Included a 20 miler on treadmill, and a 19 miler on asphalt.
Also included a 9 mile pace run which blew away my old record by 20 seconds a mile or 3 whole minutes over the 9 miles.

Thanks Tramps! This has been a great year, as I have lost 63 pounds. The miles are so easy for me now.
But the miles will start to come down effective this week as I will taper for a half marathon this Saturday, and then I will soon be reducing miles for the Columbus Marathon October 20. I'm so excited because I havent ran a half since May of 2008, and havent ran a marathon since October of 2008.
