    Tue 10.2 mi (1:27)

    Wed 9.4 mi (1:10)

    Thu 9.7 mi (1:20) and 6.9 mi (1:05)

    Fri 7.4 mi (1:15)

    Sat 9.7 mi (1:29)

    Sun 18.6 mi (2:55)

     

    Total: 80 miles ( 11 hrs 53 min)

     

    happy to have finally managed to do

    something that looks like a long run today

      92 miles total. Yet another weekly distance PR.

       

      Included a 20 miler on treadmill, and a 19 miler on asphalt.

      Also included a 9 mile pace run which blew away my old record by 20 seconds a mile or 3 whole minutes over the 9 miles.

       

      This is a shot of my miles per week as the year has progressed.

          Thanks Tramps!  This has been a great year, as I have lost 63 pounds. The miles are so easy for me now.

           

          But the miles will start to come down effective this week as I will taper for a half marathon this Saturday, and then I will soon be reducing miles for the Columbus Marathon October 20.  I'm so excited because I havent ran a half since May of 2008, and havent ran a marathon since October of 2008.
