          W - 10 m. Buildup to 8 min pace, and did a couple miles at that pace.

          F - 9 m.

          S - 13.1 - Veterans Half Marathon in Columbia City In.

          S - 13.1 - Moulton Turkey Trot 1/2 Marathon.
