If I'm doing long runs, there usually on a Sunday and I just like to end the week with a LR instead of begin the week. But it really should be your preference. Doesn't really matter, though....whatever works best for you.

Hi everyone, thanks Gordon. Plus Sundays is when I have time for a couple of hours of running (I'm sloooooow) and I like to end my week with a long run.

I go running in the early morning, before my brain figures out what I'm up to.

Run the day, or the day runs you.
