What a monster week for me at work, but each activity brought a lot of joy to my heart.
Running: Up at 5 for a delightful 6 miler as my RP and I brought the earth from darkness into light. The sunrise was glorious!

No time to post yesterday, what with busy busy work day and then soccer game for DD in the evening.
5 miles for me on Thursday.
Most of the aches and pains are gone now, just a little twingy.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
