Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks, Holly.
Race week. I may change this up, depending on how I feel.

Latent Runner
Bear with me, I'm new to this tread.
I'm 56 and finally got my running back on track this last April; been running >40 miles per week since mid June.
10 miles
8 miles
Had an early meeting so cut run short
Night time trail run
6 miles
Gave blood; felt like crap after only 6
Two slow group runs with company running team
Slow 3 mile company group run, 8 mile evening trail run
Moderate speed run on a new and fairly technical trail
Fast (for me) run on my regular trail
70 miles
67.5 miles
In spite of giving blood, felt pretty good by the weekend
