Wed-5 miles
Thur-4 miles
Fri-3 miles

(plan)
Tuesday: (walk 30 min) taking Friday's rest day; it's pouring, I ran 2 days in a row, and I'm on a tight schedule since I'm going to see "Playing for Change" tonight
Wednesday: (run 30 min) right AT a little dodgy; 45 minutes of pilates and power yoga; MTA - major HAPPY DANCE around 11:30 after the ball game - GO PHILLIES!!!!!
Thursday: (walk 30 min) wanted to run, but too sleep-deprived and have another ball game to watch tonight, so walked 3.5 miles in just under an hour
Friday: (rest) walked 2 spooky miles on an almost-deserted boardwalk after rehearsal, wearing my Phillies World Series tech shirt; too many scary people in Yankees accoutrements for my taste; dudes, this is a Philly shore town, go to Atlantic City already!
Saturday: (run 2.75 miles) walked 1.0, ran 2.8 on the boardwalk
Sunday: (walk or rest) walked 1.0, ran 2.3 and could have easily kept going - think I found that lost mojo
Summary - walked 8.5; ran 7.3; stayed on target with the plan

Thanks, Ev! hey I did run 12 miles last week too, did I forget to put that in? [ETA: thanks, I know I'm a PITA!]
Somebody please get my butt in gear. I feel like I'm just drifting aimlessly. So much for looking forward to not having a training plan...
Monday: 40 minutes pool running
Tuesday: 4.2 miles on the treadmill at the gym, .5 mile walk
Wednesday: 15 min (1.64 mile) elliptical, 22 minutes weights; 3.4 miles easy on the treadmill at home after work
Thursday: 5 miles on the treadmill @ 8:33 avg pace, .4 mile walk (these lunchtime runs always feel so rushed!!)
Friday: 15 min (1.6 mile) elliptical, 25 minutes weights
Saturday: 30 min. pool running
Sunday: 9.2 miles, 8:23 average. Coldest run so far this season at 16 to start, 14 at the finish
Totals: 21.8 miles run, 1 hr 10 min pool running, 30 min (3.24 miles) elliptical, 2 x weights/abs (47 minutes), about a mile walking (that I measured). A good week, I guess, with something evry day.
Just gotta say there's entirely too much sickie stuff going on around here! Get well, everybody, and stop sneezing on the screen!!
Hi all, and thanks for getting us started Evryday.
No plans for this week. The not eating for 5 days did a number on me. I'm slowly starting to eat real food. Yesterday was homemade pumpkin soup with cauliflower and cubed potatoes. Didn't sit quite well in my stomach but at least it was nutritious.
Think I won't get a run in till Saturday. Walking still causes discomfort in my tummy, so running is out of the question. Maybe some strength training?
Mon - off sick
Tue - off sick
Wed - 20 min LB and 25 min UB strength training at a very leisurely pace (took me over 60 minutes to finish) and with really light weights. But it felt good to be doing something
Thu -first day back at work. Exhausted!
Fri - 10 min ab work out
Sat - 45min doggie walk (about 3 kms)
Sun - 60min doggie walk (about 4 kms)
DutchieRun the day, or the day runs you.
Thanks Ev for keeping us going! Somebody sure needs to .
Not sure what my plan is for this week....taking a little time to get over a cold and then we'll see.
Mon - nada unless sneezing and blowing your nose counts as cross training
Tue - nada
Wed - nada...rest, hack, rest
Thu - nada...Nyquil at 3 am not a good idea
Fri - nada....starbucks run
Sat - 3 miles walking, lotsa house cleaning
Sun - 2.5 miles doggie walking, 1 mile doggie running, 10 rolls in the grass (Katy the dog, not me)
Totals: 5.5 miles walking, 1 mile running
Thanks, Ev!
Crap - sounds like the bug is hitting everywhere! {wipes screen with disinfectant}

thanks evryday!
still not too much of a plan. I had one, but PT today made me shift things around a bit. My right knee issue might be a potential (looking back at this, it looks seriously flakey. but it is what i meant. ;-) ) meniscus tear. I'm thinking every other day running. yes? no?
evryday (as opposed to evry other day) , I wasn't sure either what I meant by element immersion. think it was just wind & rain... ( :-) )
dutchie, I hope you're better!... your soup sounds great.
Carol, i hope you're better too.
Leslie, nice LR double.
Paul, nice month!
Erika, give yourself a break. ( i mean, don't be hard on yourself. this LITTLE break was well earned & I think much needed)
looked at 'building a better runner' dvd's, selecting more exercises. 30-40 min.
10.08 miles, 10:06 pace.
totals.. 18.2 miles running, much more walking w/doggie, (porr thing, i was neglecting her), 25 min. ellipticalling, 29 min. recumbent biking, 2 hrs. 15 min. strength stuff. still not back to normal, though I didn't think I was normal in the first place! but evryday, I took care of that bewilderment thing, thanks. ;-).
Thanks evryday.
No plan for the week, just taking it easy.
