            Thanks for keeping this thread going. DON'T STOP... PLEASE.

             

            Especially since I'm just getting back in the 40/40 groove & your thread has always been a motivator for me..

             

            Here's this week so far:

             

            M - rest day

            T - 9.2 miles

            W - 7 miles

            Th - 5 miles

            F - 5 miles

            Sa - rest day

            Su - 13.1 miles @ A2A Half Marathon (1:54:01, 3AG)

              To echo what everyone else has said, please don't stop! If you need someone to "fill in" once in awhile, let me know -- I'd be happy to help keep it going. This thread has kept me going on quite a few occasions, and it's fun to see how others are doing throughout the year.

                Please keep it going!

                 

                I am injured and giving it 2 weeks before making a decision about whether or not to pull out of the marathon 😟

                 

                So my week was like this:

                Monday walk 8 miles

                Tuesday sulk because even walking hurts

                Wednesday yell at someone at work because I’m really cranky

                Thursday get on my husband’s stationary bike for 20 minutes which at least got my HR up a little

                Friday do more on the stationary bike

                Saturday do so much time on the stationary bike that now my other calf hurts too

                Sunday rest. And sulk a bit.

                  I ran 5 days, no plan, some days I ran farther than others.

                    28 treadmill vs 45 outdoor miles this week,

                    the weather is definitely improving!
