hi ilene, I got kind of scared about the upcoming Seattle Marathon weekend, so found some Signal Hill-like hills up here too and skipped the Shoes-for-Kids Fitness 5K (too flat) to do like you do (only 1/2 mile in length but eight times up-and-down was a good tammy birthday workout).
