Marathon Maniac #957
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Heading out in a couple minutes to have fasting bloodwork done.
Good Morning! Heading out in a couple minutes to have fasting bloodwork done. I hate fasting.... At least the nurse told me yesterday I could have black coffee. Whew! Anyway, I just had time this morning for 3 recovery miles on the TM (10:31). Knowing I would be pressed for time today, I did my lower body workout last night, and tonight I'll do some core work. TGIF!

If every single day were cold and rainy, I would just go out there and run, but that isn't what's happening. Last week it was 70's and sunny and I foolishly got used to it. Now this week is rainy and cold so I go to the Y to run. How do you figure that? Everybody else just sucks it up and runs. Spareribs
