Marathon Maniac #957

For those of you who are new, this is the 40/40 thread, for people who are over 40 years old who run or aspire to run 40 miles/week. We give Free Passes to those who come really close or try really hard... Here's the tally for last week. Sorry so late, I've been so busy this week, what with soccer and school open houses, boss getting ready to go on vacation, etc. Let me know if I missed anyone.

Holly I will second what Perch wrote! Good to see you back to running pain free. Yes, build back up slowly! Holly, err, a slight error in the summary. Alas nearly two minutes "off" my time from last year meant nearly two full minutes slower. Sad
