            Thanks Holly! I was on vacation last week, running around beautiful Edinburgh, back up to 40 this week.

              yay I made it back above 40!

               

              a couple 7.5 mile runs and a 59 for 73.9 total

                    18+18 "sandwich" #3 in as many weekends.

                    I think I'll stop doing it for now, it's getting too hard.
