maybe you've been reading too many of the northern goddess's race reports about thinking, "oh, I think I'll do that" and then do it. Okay, fess up. How many trail miles have you ever run in your life anyway? Maybe you better check with franc., . . . okay maybe not her, how about nancy, whoops Mrs. "I think i'll do a marathon too someday" as if it was a little run everyone did,

Yes, Tetsujie, it is the Malibu canyon one that is super technical, super steep and hot.
I have done plenty of trail races: Heartbreak ridge, Valley Crest, Buffalo Run...
but I am not ready to run yet after all. <stoopid sciatic nerve!>
