          Going on vacation, not sure I'll make 40 either week, and not sure I'll have internet access. So, maybe incomplete posting this week & next week.

            Thu 11 mi (1:25) treadmill
            Fri 8 mi (0:58) treadmill, plus 2 miles cool down
            Sat 17.6 mi (3:34) muddy trails
            Sun 12.2 mi (2:07) plus 0.75 mi warm up, trails

            Total: 70.5 miles

            My award for 3rd place in the 50-54 AG (New Jersey marathon) finally came this week. 3:09 was not a particularly fast time, but hey there were 124 dudes in my age group and only 2 ran faster, so I'll take it.
