Holly, Good luck in the marathon.  It is pretty exciting to see there is a Xenia Marathon.  I am trying to get the alphabet with marathons and I was worried I might have to go to China to get a marathon that starts with X.  Now I only have to go back to Ohio.

SubDood, Good luck at the Wobegon Marathon, have you run it before?  It is a fast course, but be careful, I got injured running it three different years.  This year I will just be a volunteer for the race. I hope to see you at it.  (The course is safe but fast, especially with a tail wind.  All three injuries were just hamstring problems.)

I probably won't get 40 this week so I will just cheer you all on.

Thanks, spinach! I've never run it, but I've heard really good things. It's my "goal" race this year (with Grandma's as a back-up of sorts), so I hope it's as fast as everyone says. I'll definitely look for you; it's a small enough event that we should be able to find each other before or after the race, right? I'll send info as the race gets closer.

And the last one was run at ludicrous speed, just for fun?!? Amazing!
