15 LSU each leg with 10 pound dumbbell
did my 15 BSS on each leg and realized I never did my LSS last night. went right from work, to football game, home and got ready for bed. completely spaced it. So tomorrow I'll double up on the LSS to get caught up.
Marathon Maniac #957
I missed a couple of days, but since today is an even day, I did 15 LSUs on each leg. Still thinking I will be running a marathon next weekend, I am going very light.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
15 LSU each leg with 2 10 pound dumbbells...after doing these the last time, I knew I had to be doing them wrong, so I went back and reread the description...yep--I was. So, I did them correctly, tonight...so much better.
15 LSU each leg with 2-10 pound dumbbells.
You are very consistent Mike and appreciate you adding to the thread each day. I've missed a few days, but will get back on track. Still trying to stick to a regular ab routine also since I made such good progress in August.
I thought it was an odd day, so I did 20 BSS on each leg. Plus I did David's ab workout.
:60 sec bicycle crunches x 3
:60 sec planks x2
:30 sec side planks each side x 2
Really? I didn't think it was so odd...
