Carolyn

Well, we've made it through February! Time to tally your miles and report any PRs.  Spring is coming!

As usual, awards will be given for most miles, fewest miles, average, and median.

I wanted to take a photo of my yaktrax prints in the snow with dog footprints on either side, but it was too overcast to get a good shot, so I'm using one I found on the net.

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Beautiful picture (even with your tracks..lol)

No snow this year for the low lands around Puget Sound.

        Trails are hard!

Short month and a sore foot are not a good combo--27.2 miles.  A few hours on the elliptical doesn't really cut it.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

Maybe I'm eligible for the fewest miles award: 21 even for the month. February was, well, difficult.

173.5 for February. That's the most I've run since last August! Starting to feel back on track, but tired.
300.9 miles for February---not bad for a short month

10 mile PR of 1:12:27 on 2/28/20---hilly course too.

I love the picture. I showed my dog and he got excited too.

I didn't get as much time on my feet as I would have liked, but hey, it's winter.  I did what I could.
