              Monday...planned track workout (6 x 400) + WU & CD - done for 5.93 miles

              Tuesday...planned 6 miles easy - done

              Wednesday...planned tempo-in-the-middle run for 6 miles total - done

              Thursday...planned 30-60 min. aerobic XT - done 45 min. elliptical

              Friday...planned Pre-Meet 3 mi easy with strides - done

              Saturday...Senior Olympics meet, 800m & 1500m + WU & CD for 7 miles total - done 5.3 mi.

              Sunday...planned LR-13 miles - mostly done 10 mi.

               

              Total.....planned ~41 miles...mostly done 36.3

                Should be over 40 for the week.

                So far:

                Monday- 4 recovery

                Tuesday- 8.5 (3 x 2 mile intervals)

                Weds rest

                Thursday 10 mile tempo plus w/up cool down. Tempo went South on me. 11.5 total

                Friday 5

                Saturday- 8

                Sunday 16

                Total 51.5

                  Tue 0

                  Wed 9mi (1:07) treadmill, +1mi cool down

                  Thu 0

                  Fri 12mi (1:38) treadmill

                  Sat 17mi (3:20) trails, +0.63mi warmup

                  Sun 12.3mi (1:45) track

                   

                  Total: 60 miles

                   

                  on Friday morning the week did not look very promising,

                  but nothing that could not be fixed with a 30 mile weekend
