      I am going to need a pass. Planned downtime this week.  Will be running Ragnar Great River on Friday and Saturday, but just for fun as a fill in runner.

       

      Training for CIM starts next week.  Smile

       

      ETA -- 21.3 miles with 16.2 being at the Ragnar Relay.  One leg run with Jeannie since they cancelled my first leg and then two on my own.

            ran to the ocean today, stopped there for a short swim, and then jogged back

              Turned ankle at a trail 1/2 marathon and wasnt able to get in my Sunday planned LR due to some tenderness and swelling.  I did get 33 miles for the week. And it 's completely OK, I did go out and run on it today Smile
