Time once again to post your monthly mileage and any PRs for September. As usual, awards will be given for most miles, fewest miles, closest to average and median, two deep in each category, so you have eight chances to win. Thanks for playing!

Carolyn, You'd never know that September (and summer) has passed on MV!!!!

Thanks again for tallying up all the miles!

As for me I ran 75.6 miles in September and have run a total of 582 miles for the year.

I had a PR in September because I ran my first 50k Ultra! Woohoo! Time of 5:09:36

September miles: 170.8

YTD: 1,583.2

(Amazing what taper and recovery do to your mileage total... September was over 82 miles less than August!)

it seems to be a lost art but perfect taper month for 10/4 Portland Marathon

How lucky I am to post right after Tetsujin's awesome picture of the Japanese Gardens. And Carolyn's pic of the trees turning red and golden yellow was magnificant. I love this time of the year!

Yes, it's hard to believe it is October already -- those trees are beautiful on both hemispheres.
