Hi Holly, thanks for putting this together. I feel quite giddy to be in such esteemed company. I have a 15k race this Sunday, and so I will not make the 40 miles this week. Here's my schedule Monday 6. 2 Tuesday 0 Wed 6.7 Thursday 3.1 Friday 5.6 Saturday 0 Sunday w/u 2 15k 9.3 cooldown 1 Total : 33 miles Blush Hope to get back in the 40 mile club next week.

Another busy week of flights, etc ... unless some running pixie sprinkles magic dust on me Sunday am, I doubt seriously that I can make 40+ this week. I have 18.1 now ... 5 mile race Sat [so I will get 7-8 with warm-up]. I guess I will just do 5-8 sunday for +/- 34 week total [plan on surfing on sunday for the first time this year.] 18 week training cycle for Oct marathon starts in early June ... no excuses then. Happy Memorial Day to everyone ... enjoy the parades and nice weather!

Hi there Holly! Thanks so much for doing this as it keeps me on track and motivated.
