          Sounds nice - good job!

I'd consider coming out to run it with you sometime!

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Why does this not surprise me?

With the altitude Carolyn's used to running at, she'd leave me in the dust!  But that's okay.  I wouldn't get offended. Wink

Consider SOB.  That elevation is right up your alley. Big grin

I always enjoy reading your race reports Leslie, I don't know what I'd do if I saw large cat tracks on top of the runners shoe prints, I'd probably just head back in the direction I came and call it a day! Smile

Thanks for the great RR and wonderful pictures.  I would like to do this one some day.

Good report! Particularly liked the paper plate markers.

"This is my approach as both athlete and coach: (quoting Steve Magness) Even if the training is perfect, if you don't buy into it, you will not run fast.  Chase Consistency, Not Perfection."  Neely Spence Gracey

Leslie you certainly get to some unique and challenging races.  I wouldn't have never heard of most of them if not for your race reports.

Congratulations on another race and report.

Courage ! Do one brave thing today...then run like hell.

Nice report and racing, fatozzig.  Congratulations.

Leslie, I sure wish I lived out there and could run some of these courses with you - they sound lovely!   While two hours is close, to you, it's still a long way to drive after a race like this. Nice job!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
