              67.4 miles this week. Included Half Marathons on both Saturday and Sunday, and I also stretched Sunday's run out to 18 miles. So relieved I got a long run in today.

               

              And with 67.4 miles this week, I have my mostest miles week for 2016! Smile Yeah, Im happy!
