I was not feeling very well and almost didn't go out. Feeling sorry for myself the whole way, I managed to get my 1 mile intervals done in: 6:47 - 6:33 - 6:28. I was shooting for 6:05.

I ran with the 1:25 pace group until about mile 11, that was where my hopes of going 1:24 started to fade. It's a big race, I was 16th out of 825 in the 50-54 AG.
On Friday (March 17) I had to wait for a gap in the parade on the 5th ave, on my to the park and on the way back.
